1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DONOS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

DONOS is a platform that enables users ("Creators") to receive monetary donations from other users ("Donors") via Stripe. DONOS facilitates these transactions but does not itself hold, store, or manage funds.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this Platform.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making or receiving donations, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. DONOS charges a small platform fee on each transaction to cover operational costs.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity
• Use of the Platform for illegal purposes
• Harassment, hate speech, or abuse toward other users
• Attempting to circumvent platform fees or security measures

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Stripe's policies, at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
